Job Title: Inside Building Sales

Position Description:
The Salesman is the prime company contact with the customer and manages the contract for the company. The Salesman establishes the scope of work for the company and assures fabrication efforts incorporate the current project configuration required by the customer. The Salesman is responsible for overseeing the timely completion of the project from when these jobs are awarded until they are completed.

Duties and Responsibilities:
o Estimates potential projects in accordance with the common industry practices established by MBMA.
o Plans and manages the various building projects awarded to the company.
o Determines the timing and the phases of the jobs that are going to be completed.
o Acts as the liaison between the company and the customer on all jobs.
o Receives the incoming customer calls and resolves issues.
o Visits and reviews job sites in progress.
o Read blueprints.
